The phase swap is at around 40% and two of us at ~220 ilvl are enough to kill Kil'jaeden during the cast for the last phase. Just save all cooldowns and bloodlust and everything for that part. I finished a solo run of ToS, NH and Antorus on Mythic. Nighthold was easy enough. Struggled in ToS on Fallen Avatar due to platform destruction, but won. Kil’Jaeden was not possible due to overwhelming damage and intense knockbacks still happening..
