Picked it up a few years ago for a good price. The only issue I had was a little water in the oil. Turned out the heads needed a little smoothing and a new head gasket.
1996 mule 2510,it sat for 4 or 5 years.There is only 150 hours on meter. I took carb off and complely disasembled. Soaked in cleaner and made sure all passages were clear. Now has new main jet, needle valve, gaskets on float bowl and intake. Also, apply 12v across the wires to get the fan to spin. You may also see if there are fuses to the fan.
